What are the requirements of ERW steel tube process

    No doubt that there is difference between ERW steel pipe and HFW steel pipe. The former is made through low or high frequency resistances Electric Resistance. However, for the latter, it is specially for high-frequency electric resistance welding.

    Here is the question: What kind of requirements would be allowed into ERW steel pipe’s process?

    There are untold steel pipes with different standards could be produced by ERW process. And for clients, they may just need some common standards in pipelines. So we would like to list them for customers to choose.

GCr15 tube heat treatment process parameters

　　GCr15 Pipe is a high carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content, good performance and wide application. After quenching and tempering, it has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance.
